10×30 ft Storage Unit (300 sq ft)
Our largest unit — and one of the most practical. At 300 square feet, it’s roughly the size of a two-car garage, with one key advantage most storage units don’t have: roll-up doors on both ends. The door opening is 9 ft wide × 8 ft tall, so pull-through works great for work trucks, trailers, and smaller watercraft — but medium to large boats may not clear the opening. If you’re storing a boat, measure your rig (including the motor and any canvas) before reserving. One more thing worth knowing: the drive aisle between units is 30 ft wide, so maneuvering a very long trailer in and out can be tight. Ideal for a complete five-bedroom move, a contractor’s full season of gear, or anything long that fits the door. Call us if you want to confirm before you commit — we’d rather be upfront than have you show up and not fit.

10×30 ft storage — common questions
What our Kennewick, Richland, and Tri-Cities renters ask most often before reserving a 10×30 ft unit.
- What fits in a 10×30 storage unit?
- A 10×30 (300 sq ft) is about the size of a two-car garage and is our largest unit. It comfortably holds a complete five-bedroom home — full furniture set and appliances — or a contractor's full season of gear: ladders, tools, materials, and jobsite kit. Many Tri-Cities renters use it for business inventory, seasonal stock, or lawn equipment like mowers and snowblowers.
- Can I store a boat or work trailer in a 10×30?
- Yes — the 10×30 is a pull-through drive-up unit popular with Tri-Cities contractors and recreational boaters. Work trucks, trailers, and smaller watercraft fit if they clear the door opening (9 ft wide × 8 ft tall). Medium and large boats may not fit; measure your rig including the motor and any canvas before reserving. Call us at (509) 827-1927 if you want to confirm before you commit.
- What is the door opening on the 10×30 pull-through?
- The roll-up doors on each end of the 10×30 measure 9 ft wide × 8 ft tall, and the unit is 30 ft deep — designed for pull-through access so you drive in one end and out the other. The drive aisle between buildings is 30 ft wide, so very long trailers can be tight to maneuver; call ahead if you'd like us to verify clearance for your specific vehicle.
