Storage Station ("we," "us," or "our") operates this website to help customers in the Tri-Cities area find and rent self-storage. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit, how we use it, and your choices. We keep things simple — we're a small local business, not a data broker.

Analytics data

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site — which pages are visited, how long sessions last, and what general region traffic comes from. Google Analytics places first-party cookies (_ga, _gid) in your browser to distinguish visits. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. We use it solely to improve the site — things like figuring out whether our unit size guide is actually useful.

We've also enabled cross-domain tracking so that sessions continue seamlessly if you click through to our online rental portal at rent.storagestation.com.

Contact form submissions

If you fill out a contact or inquiry form, we collect the information you provide (name, phone number, email address, and any message). We use this only to respond to your inquiry and, if you rent with us, to set up your account. We do not sell or share this information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Information we do not collect

We don't run advertising pixels, retargeting tags, or social media tracking scripts on this site. We don't collect payment information here — all billing is handled through our separate, PCI-compliant rental platform.

Cookies

The only cookies set by this site are Google Analytics cookies. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Most modern browsers also let you block or delete cookies through their settings.

Third-party services

We use Google Analytics (Google LLC) for site analytics. Google's use of data is governed by their own Privacy Policy. Beyond that, we don't integrate social media plugins, ad networks, or other third-party trackers on this site.

Data retention

Analytics data is retained in Google Analytics for 14 months by default. Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to handle your inquiry or manage your account. We do not sell your data at any retention stage.

Your choices

You can disable or clear cookies at any time through your browser settings. If you'd like us to delete contact information you've submitted, just reach out and we'll take care of it.
