Questions about our offers
- How do I claim the 50% off promotion?
- Simply reserve a qualifying unit online or call our office. The discount is applied automatically to your first three months of rent on select available units.
- Can I combine discounts?
- Discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated. For example, the military discount cannot be stacked with the current 50% off move-in promotion. Contact the office to find the best offer for your situation.
- How does pro-rated rent work?
- If you move in partway through the month, you only pay for the days remaining in that billing period — not a full month. This applies at move-in so you are never paying for time you did not use.
- How do I qualify for the military or non-profit discount?
- Bring a valid military ID (active duty or veteran) or proof of non-profit status when you sign your lease. Discounts are applied at that time. Call ahead and we can walk you through what documentation is accepted.
