10×30 ft Storage Unit (300 sq ft)
Our largest unit — and one of the most practical. At 300 square feet, it’s roughly the size of a two-car garage, and it comes two ways. The standard 10×30 has a single roll-up door on one end. The dual-access 10×30 has roll-up doors on both ends for pull-through access — you drive in one end and out the other, which contractors and trailer owners love because there’s no backing a loaded rig out. Both hold exactly the same amount; pick the one that fits how you load and unload. The door opening is 9 ft wide × 8 ft tall either way, so work trucks, trailers, and smaller watercraft fit if they clear it — but medium to large boats may not. If you’re storing a boat, measure your rig (including the motor and any canvas) before reserving. One more thing worth knowing: the drive aisle between units is 30 ft wide, so maneuvering a very long trailer in and out can be tight. Call us if you want to confirm before you commit — we’d rather be upfront than have you show up and not fit.

10×30 ft storage — common questions
What our Kennewick, Richland, and Tri-Cities renters ask most often before reserving a 10×30 ft unit.
- What fits in a 10×30 storage unit?
- A 10×30 (300 sq ft) is about the size of a two-car garage and is our largest unit. It comfortably holds a complete five-bedroom home — full furniture set and appliances — or a contractor's full season of gear: ladders, tools, materials, and jobsite kit. Many Tri-Cities renters use it for business inventory, seasonal stock, or lawn equipment like mowers and snowblowers.
- What's the difference between the standard and dual-access 10×30?
- Both are 300 sq ft drive-up units, roughly the size of a two-car garage, and they hold exactly the same amount. The standard 10×30 has a single roll-up door on one end. The dual-access 10×30 has roll-up doors on both ends for pull-through access — you drive in one end and out the other, which contractors and trailer owners love because there's no backing out. Pick the unit that fits how you load and unload.
- Can I store a boat or work trailer in a 10×30?
- Yes — the 10×30 is popular with Tri-Cities contractors and recreational boaters. Work trucks, trailers, and smaller watercraft fit if they clear the door opening (9 ft wide × 8 ft tall). The dual-access version lets you pull straight through. Medium and large boats may not fit; measure your rig including the motor and any canvas before reserving. Call us at (509) 827-1927 if you want to confirm clearance before you commit.
- What is the door opening on the 10×30?
- The roll-up door measures 9 ft wide × 8 ft tall, and the unit is 30 ft deep. The dual-access version has a door like this on each end for pull-through access. The drive aisle between buildings is 30 ft wide, so very long trailers can be tight to maneuver; call ahead if you'd like us to verify clearance for your specific vehicle.
